Bouldering Project is seeking a Routesetter to bring its vision of a best-in-class climbing experience to life through creativity, collaboration, and a strong passion for climbing. The role involves setting and forerunning boulder problems, maintaining a safe and organized setting space, and positively representing the company to guests and the community. This position may be filled as part-time or full-time and requires a growth mindset and commitment to inclusivity.
