RTA Motability Claims Handler

This role is for a Claims Handler within the Motability RTA team at DLG, responsible for managing a mixed caseload of personal injury claims including OIC, MOJ, complex, and Part 8 litigated cases. The position involves handling up to 200 claims annually, leading dispute resolution strategies, and providing accurate legal advice with a focus on post-whiplash reform updates.
