Scottish Law Fee Earner

This role involves managing a Personal Injury caseload with a focus on litigated RTA files, requiring in-depth knowledge of the RTA process and litigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching junior staff, handling liability, quantum, and costs, and managing the Part 36 procedure. The position also entails advising clients, drafting legal documents, instructing counsel, and negotiating outcomes to achieve the best results for clients.
