The RTA Support Professional assists in the care and treatment of youth and families by providing rehabilitative services to young offenders, reducing recidivism, and protecting adolescents from traumatic encounters in adult prisons. This role partners with youth and families to facilitate skill development for reaching full potential and safely returning to the community. The position involves engaging in trust-based relationships, participating in multidisciplinary teams, and delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed services.
