Safeguarding Officer

The Safeguarding Officer supports the implementation and strengthening of World Vision Lebanon's safeguarding framework across programmes, operations, and partnerships. The role contributes to the prevention, reporting of, and response to safeguarding concerns by supporting awareness raising, capacity building, risk assessments, monitoring, incident management processes, and compliance activities. Working closely with internal departments, partners, and communities, the Safeguarding Officer helps ensure safeguarding standards are understood and applied consistently, promotes a culture of accountability and zero tolerance for harm, and supports the integration of safeguarding into programme implementation and organizational practices.
