About this role
The Safety and Security Assistant supports GOAL’s operations in Syria by maintaining the safety and security of staff, offices, and field activities in Aleppo and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Safety & Security Manager, the role ensures compliance with organisational safety policies, contributes to safeguarding, and supports emergency preparedness and response. The position requires strong contextual knowledge of Syria and the ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
