The Safety Associate - Metalworks ensures the implementation and continuous improvement of safety, health, and environmental programs across offices and shop floors. This role partners with leadership to embed safety programs into daily operations, leads proactive safety inspections, and supports incident investigations and corrective actions. The position also involves reinforcing a safety mentorship culture through peer-to-peer leadership and recognition of positive safety behaviors.
