About this role

The Safety Performance Coach supports rig management in promoting Borr Drilling’s health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures on Jack‑Up rigs in U.S. waters. Reporting to the Regional QHSE Manager, the role advises the OIM on compliance, conducts training, monitors operations, and leads incident investigations to ensure adherence to the Borr Drilling Management System.

Responsibilities

Advise OIM on BMS conformance and identify system gaps
Conduct offshore inductions, safety training, and ensure procedural compliance
Lead incident investigations and generate QHSE reports
