Safety Program Manager

The Safety Program Manager develops and implements organization-wide safety programs, policies, and procedures to support a safe, compliant, and trauma-informed environment across all sites. This role leads the creation of safety standards, SOPs, training programs, and emergency preparedness initiatives under the supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer. The position helps establish standardized safety practices, coordinate staff training, and support accreditation and regulatory compliance efforts.
