Safety Specialist

This role establishes a visible safety presence on the shop floor to facilitate the execution of the Safety Excellence and Leadership System (SEAL). The incumbent develops and implements annual plans to reduce workplace risk, oversees environmental processes, and provides safety and environmental compliance expertise to the organization. The position requires directing safety management systems, conducting training, and ensuring regulatory compliance through data analysis and corrective actions.
