Sales Administrator

Axos Bank is seeking a Sales Administrator to support Small Business Banking and Premier Banking teams by ensuring seamless operational execution, exceptional client experience, and effective sales execution. This role bridges front-line sales with back-office operations by assisting with client onboarding, tracking pipeline activity, preparing documentation, and facilitating communication between internal departments and clients. The Sales Administrator will also support sales enablement and training initiatives, including new-hire onboarding, ongoing sales development, and product knowledge reinforcement.
