Sales Development Representative

Unifocus is seeking a remote Sales Development Representative to build a qualified pipeline for three Account Executives by managing outbound prospecting and inbound lead response. The role involves conducting initial discovery calls, qualifying opportunities against established criteria, and ensuring accurate CRM management to support the North American sales team. This position offers an opportunity to learn enterprise SaaS selling within the hospitality vertical with a path toward an Account Executive role.
