Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative serves as the initial point of contact for prospects, leveraging outbound prospecting and cold calling to build rapport with executive decision-makers and generate interest in the Workiva Platform. This role partners closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth through strategic engagement with existing and prospective customer accounts. The position requires a hunter mentality to identify key contacts, qualify leads, and contribute to the overall sales cycle within a high-performance SaaS environment.
