Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative generates new pipeline through research, referral network mapping, and cold calling, converting outbound interest into qualified sales conversations. This role acts as the first human sales owner for prospects responding to outbound campaigns, managing persistent follow-up, qualification, and meeting setting until a genuine need and appropriate fit are established. The position covers multiple international markets and supports the Business Development team with administrative tasks and proposal preparation.
