Sales Director, Buy-side

The Sales Director, Buy-side leads the US buy-side sales organization, managing a team of Account Executives to drive new business, retention, and expansion across hedge funds, asset managers, and other institutional credit investors. Reporting to the CRO, this hands-on leadership role involves coaching the team, managing pipeline and forecasts, and partnering with Account Managers to ensure seamless client handovers and renewals. The position requires a strategic approach to account prioritization and a deep understanding of credit and financial markets to build relationships with key stakeholders.
