About this role
The Sales Enablement Lead will design and deliver onboarding and ongoing education programs for Sales, Client Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to accelerate ramp time and drive sales performance. The role partners with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional teams to align training with go-to-market strategy and product launches. This position supports both new-hire onboarding and continuous learning for tenured reps across a B2B SaaS environment.
