Sales Manager - On-Premise

The Head of On-Premise Channel for Brown-Forman Philippines leads the on-premise commercial strategy and reports to the Country Manager as part of the country leadership team. The role focuses on developing strategies to build market share and expand the B‑F product portfolio within on‑premise channels, identifying untapped opportunities, and designing route-to-market plans. It is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing people, building key customer relationships, and driving data-driven commercial performance.
