An experienced Sales Manager will lead a team of 13 Sales Agents in a scripted call center environment, driving high performance through coaching and development. The role focuses on supporting agents to achieve their individual and team KPIs while delivering outstanding customer service and fostering an engaging, inclusive team culture. The position is based in Norwest and operates Monday to Friday with rotating shifts aligned to AU core hours (8am-8pm) or NZ core hours (6am-6pm).
