The Sales Operations Manager is the strategic partner to Sales leadership and owner of the CRM and GTM technology stack, focused on enabling efficient revenue growth. The role combines systems ownership, process design, and hands-on operational execution to ensure data integrity, scalable workflows, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. This position reports to the Head of Revenue Operations and supports a high-growth sales organization through analytics, tooling, and operational excellence.
