The Sales Operations Manager will lead the Order to Cash (OTC) team in Sydney, overseeing the end-to-end sales order process from order conversion through to cash collection. The role partners with Sales Operations leadership and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, ensure accurate order and invoice data, and act as the subject matter expert for OTC.
