Sales Supervisor

The Sales Supervisor supports the management team and performs all functional tasks as assigned, assuming leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent. This part-time role involves leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in training and developing a successful sales team. The position requires excellent organizational and team-building skills, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
