Sales Support

This role supports the Sales team in managing daily account operations and project coordination for fine fragrance customers at IFF's Shanghai office. Responsibilities include overseeing project flow from brief intake to submission, coordinating with internal teams like Perfumery and Marketing, and maintaining customer data and reporting. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
