About this role
The Sales Trainer supports SHI’s Sales teams by designing and delivering onboarding and ongoing learning programs to build sales and technology acumen. The role creates training content across multiple formats, maintains learning platforms, and partners with Sales leadership to improve team performance. The position contributes to the Learning & Development team and helps drive adoption of learning systems company-wide.
