Sanitation I

The Sanitation I employee is responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, sanitization, reassembly, and test-running of the line seven scaling and feeding system prior to the first shift start-up. This role ensures a safe and quality food product by maintaining equipment such as the Triangle system, steep conveyor, Urschel slicer, and Z conveyor. The position requires adherence to food safety protocols and the ability to operate specialized sanitation equipment and chemicals.
