Sanitation Superintendent

The Sanitation Superintendent leads and oversees sanitation supervisors and hourly employees to ensure all sanitation activities are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule. The role involves training and developing staff, maintaining compliance with JBS procedures and regulatory standards, and serving as the primary communication link between the plant and the USDA. Additionally, the position monitors chemical inventory, assists with departmental budget management, and supports the Operations Team as needed.
