SC Meeting & Events Coordinator

Responsible for coordinating and executing end-to-end internal and external meetings for AstraZeneca Cono Sur, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and SOPs. Partners with meeting owners and external vendors across the full event lifecycle — site selection, contract negotiation, budgeting, logistics, approvals and financial close — while maintaining documentation traceability and required reporting. Ensures alignment with commercial priorities and compliance with pharma regulations and company standards.
