The Scenario Framework & Simulation Orchestration Lead provides hands-on technical leadership for the framework used to define, configure, execute, and evaluate simulation scenarios and campaigns supporting automation and robotics. The role translates autonomy, controls, product, and verification needs into reusable scenario capabilities while owning scenario architecture, orchestration patterns, and integration with simulation platforms. This position involves leading technical design reviews, mentoring engineers, and coordinating implementation across multiple teams to build the future of autonomous construction sites.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and implementation of reusable scenario frameworks for simulation and automation
Define scenario schemas, APIs, and orchestration services for campaign execution and lifecycle management
