Schedule Coordinator

AAA Facility Services is seeking a dependable and organized Schedule Coordinator to manage service work for out-of-state clients by coordinating with qualified service partners across the country. This fast-paced role focuses on handling Same Day Emergencies, Next Day calls, and Time & Material work, requiring strong communication and follow-up skills to ensure jobs are completed within client SLAs. The ideal candidate will proactively manage multiple work orders, onboard new partners, and maintain accurate records in client portals.
