Scheduling Coordinator

About this role

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates accurate scheduling of all inpatient and outpatient appointments
• Completes the pre-registration process by collecting accurate patient demographic, insurance, and co-pay information
• Performs insurance verification using PCEasy, Quicklink, Omnipro and calls Commercial Insurance companies
• Interfaces with referring offices for accurate scheduling of procedures and/or pretesting appointments
• Coordinates patient information mailings and arranges for interpreters for hearing impaired patients
