Scheduling Coordinator

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the primary first point of contact for clients and caregivers, responsible for timely scheduling and supervising caregivers to ensure quality care. The role involves managing client referrals, coordinating schedules to meet budget constraints, and resolving client complaints and caregiver issues. You will also document interactions in the EMR, communicate with state care managers, and support recruitment efforts.
