The Scheduling & Referral Coordinator supports participant care by managing appointment scheduling for internal PACE services and external specialty providers, handling referrals, authorizations, and transportation coordination. Working under the Scheduling Manager, this role ensures accurate documentation in the EMR, maintains communication with participants and providers, and upholds compliance with HIPAA and quality standards.
