The School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works with students with Autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities to reduce challenging behaviors, increase functional skills, and promote independence. This position is part of BAYADA Behavioral Health’s Oahu team and involves supporting students in the classroom and collaborating with school teams. BAYADA is a nonprofit provider offering training, development opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.
