School-Based Therapist

The School-Based Therapist delivers solution-focused and strength-based services to a caseload of youth in kindergarten through 12th grade, working collaboratively with school personnel and treatment teams to address social and emotional goals. The role involves providing individual, family, and group therapy in school, in-home, and community settings, while ensuring treatment goals are met and documented accurately. The position requires managing a caseload, maintaining clinical records, and collaborating with families, foster parents, and other stakeholders to support client progress.
