The School Site Coordinator provides leadership and oversight for multiple before- and after-school programs in Clifton Public Elementary Schools, ensuring the delivery of safe, engaging, and high-quality youth development initiatives. Reporting to the Program Director of School-Based Clubs, this part-time role focuses on daily operations, staff supervision, and compliance with licensing regulations. The position aims to support the social, emotional, and academic growth of school-aged children through strong community partnerships and trauma-informed practices.
