Youth Development Professional

The Youth Development Professional is responsible for implementing after-school programs and activities that nurture the potential of Club members aged 3-18. This role involves fostering a positive, inclusive environment, serving as a mentor and role model, and ensuring the safety and well-being of youth. The position requires collaboration with staff, parents, and community partners to support academic success, character development, and healthy lifestyles.
