About this role
Hexagon Bio is seeking a Scientist II / Senior Scientist on the Payload Biology team to elucidate mechanisms of action for novel natural product–based ADC payloads. This hands-on laboratory role provides scientific ownership and involves close collaboration with medicinal chemistry, protein science, computational biology, and cell biology to inform SAR and program prioritization. The scientist will translate complex data into strategic recommendations that guide payload advancement.
