About this role

NewLimit is seeking a Scientist to design, formulate, and characterize targeted lipid nanoparticles (tLNPs) with antibody conjugates to build a targeting LNP platform focused on delivering nucleic acid payloads to target cells and tissues beyond the liver. This hands-on bench role involves ownership of targeting compositional and reaction design, working closely with Delivery Sciences and biology teams to develop a portfolio of targeting lipids for the company's pipeline programs.

Responsibilities

Design and develop targeted LNP compositions and conjugation chemistries
Plan and execute conjugation reactions and purification processes
Test targeting lipids using SAR-based approaches to guide design cycles
