The role involves conducting timely and effective collection follow-up on accounts in various stages of arrears, managing outbound and inbound calls across multiple countries, and reducing delinquency rates through persuasive payment solutions. The incumbent must ensure compliance with policies, maintain customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the Unit.
