About this role

The SDLC Security and Compliance Lead defines, refines, and documents standards to ensure Inductive Automation's software development lifecycle meets certification and regulatory obligations. As the working lead for IEC 62443-4-1, this role aligns standards with company practices, tracks emerging security requirements, and represents Software Engineering in compliance audits and certifications. The position is responsible for demonstrating compliance, managing the Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure program, and ensuring engineering personnel are trained and compliant with defined processes.
