Secondary Aide

The Secondary Aide supports students below proficiency in a relational, non-punitive manner, fostering trust and rapport to help them build academic, behavioral, and social skills. Working under school administration and counseling, the role provides direct support, helps students access resources, and collaborates with stakeholders to keep students on pace for graduation. The position operates within a blended learning environment, focusing on mentoring, intervention support, and progress tracking within the MTSS framework.
