Security Assessment & Authorization (SA&A) Lead

As a Security Assessment & Authorization (SA&A) Lead at GDIT, you will lead the enterprise Assessment & Authorization program to ensure compliance with NIST RMF, FISMA, HHS, and NIH cybersecurity requirements. This senior role involves providing technical leadership for system assessments, continuous monitoring, documentation quality, and authorization readiness while guiding system owners and federal stakeholders. You will manage teams responsible for developing critical security artifacts and drive process improvements to reduce authorization timelines and enhance cross-team coordination.
