About this role

The Security & Emergency Services Manager will establish and manage physical security and emergency preparedness programs for Vulcan Elements' manufacturing operations in Benson, NC, with oversight of the Durham, NC R&D site. This role involves building the site security program from the ground up, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response plans, while coordinating with local agencies and leading an internal emergency response team. The position requires on-site presence with on-call responsibilities for after-hours incidents.
