Security Operations Lead

Mend.io is seeking a hands-on Security Operations Lead to drive security operations across its cloud infrastructure, product, compliance, and customer-facing activities. The role involves collaborating with Engineering, Product, IT, Sales, Legal, and leadership to identify risks, improve controls, and strengthen the company's overall security posture. This position focuses on managing day-to-day security operations, leading vulnerability management, and supporting audit and certification activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in cloud security, incident response, and compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
