Self Direction Supervisor

The Self Direction Supervisor serves as the primary contact and support for all Fiscal Intermediary matters, acting as a point person for Lead Self Direction Coordinators and other staff to assist individuals and advocates receiving services. This role ensures continuity of services by providing coverage and support for budget funds as identified in Life Plans and the New York State OPWDD Self Direction Budget. The position involves supporting the team in understanding AIM Self Direction policies, obtaining required waiver documentation, and ensuring person-centered supports are effectively delivered.
