SEND Caseworker

This role provides proactive casework management and service for children, young people, and their families with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND). The position involves coordinating the statutory Education Health and Care (EHC) process, including assessments, annual reviews, and drafting plans to ensure appropriate support and educational placements. The postholder works collaboratively with families, professionals, and agencies to achieve positive outcomes and safeguard welfare within statutory timescales.
