SEND Officer

This role involves supporting Senior Officers in managing caseloads of young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and completing non-complex assessments of need. The position requires liaising with parents, schools, and multi-agency teams to identify needs, secure appropriate placements, and ensure the safeguarding and welfare of children. Key duties include writing and amending EHC plans, participating in annual reviews, and supporting funding requests within statutory timeframes.
