SEND Standards and Inclusion Lead

This role involves leading the development and continuous improvement of SEND standards and inclusive practice across educational settings to ensure timely support for children and young people. The postholder will provide strategic leadership, challenge, and support to educational leaders while championing inclusion and implementing local and national SEND reforms. The position focuses on strengthening ordinarily available provision, improving Quality First Teaching, and reducing unnecessary escalation to statutory assessment processes.
