Senior Account Manager (SAM)

The Senior Account Manager (SAM) for Ntiva’s GovCon practice will own relationships with a portfolio of defense‑contractor and government accounts, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' CMMC/NIST 800‑171 compliance status, and coordinating with internal security and solution teams to deliver appropriate managed IT, security, and compliance services.
