About this role

Exactera is seeking a Senior Accountant to own and scale corporate accounting activities, including procure-to-pay, payroll, intercompany accounting, and the monthly close. This role requires strong US GAAP knowledge, a process-builder mindset, and the ability to drive improvements in finance operations using modern tools like Rillet and Ramp. The position reports to the Director of FP&A and partners closely with the Controller to ensure accurate, well-supported financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Own and scale the procure-to-pay lifecycle and vendor management processes
Manage payroll accounting, cost allocations, and intercompany reconciliations
Execute monthly and annual close activities and strengthen corporate accounting controls
