Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant leads grant accounting for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, managing GMS-to-Workday activity, reconciliations, journal entries, and compliance. This role performs broader senior-level accounting work including financial close, reporting, analysis, and audit support while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate records and efficient operations. The position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial systems to maintain effective controls and support the Foundation's mission.
